Graphic design is not included. All logos need to be high resolution and be reduced to black & white if possible. If you send a low-resolution or multi-colored logo, it can delay your order and result in a lower-quality patch. Preferred formats are ai, eps, pdf, jpeg, and bmp.


**PLEASE READ** All of our leatherette patches are heat-pressed onto each hat using a high-strength adhesive. Our patches are not stitched or sewn on. We do not recommend washing our hats. The patch could shrink, fade, or bleed. Also, harsh detergents may damage the patch and the bonding agent. If cleaning is needed, we suggest spot cleaning with a soft cloth.
